M&A sector spotlight: Is industrial M&A powering up?

Chip is Chief Strategy Officer for the TriMech Group, a global software and hardware solutions provider to a range of design, engineering and manufacturing customers. He has over 20 years of experience developing and executing corporate strategy and M&A transactions on both the buyside and sell-side across various commercial technology and services businesses. Prior to TriMech, Chip served as a Director of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at McKesson. Before moving into corporate development, Chip spent most of his career in investment banking and private equity. After graduating from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, Chip worked in strategy and operations consulting at Deloitte.

Anton Schneerson is an executive with a robust background in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate development, and the turnaround of industrial and manufacturing companies. He has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Pleuger Industries for two years, playing a pivotal role in steering the company's strategic direction and overseeing its growth and expansion initiatives.

Anton's strategic vision and deep understanding of market dynamics have equipped Pleuger Industries to navigate complex business environments and seize opportunities for growth and optimization.

With a background in corporate finance and investment banking, Anton has held several senior positions within the Flacks Group investment company (a holding, parent company of Pleuger Industries), including Managing Director and Vice President. In these roles, he has effectively acted as a buy-side player, managed corporate development, implemented strategies for portfolio companies, and led initiatives to turn around these companies.

Before his tenure at Flacks Group, Anton worked at various investment banks, including UniCredit in Munich, Clearwater International in London, and ARGONAS Corporate Finance Advisors in Berlin.
